INGREDIENTS

4 corn on the cob
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 sour cream
juice from 1 lime
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 cup cotija cheese or feta cheese
