SOLD--to Giles Danz, sanford, NC... #amazons This baby was one of two blue fronted amazon parrot babies and 2 of many baby parrots hatched that we had decided to keep for future parrot breeders. We let the parents feed the parrot babies for over 5 weeks before we took them for handfeeding. This was done so that the blue front amazon baby would not be as socialized as we wanted them for future amazon parrot breeders. Also Mike was the only care taker so that the birds would not be socialized to others. However by sept 2023 we had decided not expand any parrot breeding programs and also we was going to downsize our entire 20 acre parrot breeding farm. These birds are at this time still handfeeding and should adjust to new owners quickly. It took sheila about an hour to get the trust from the amazon baby featured on this video #622. he is talking quite a bit at this early age. he is 16 weeks old at this time. oct 27 2023.
