On Diwali, a video came out of Bulandshahr in UP that shook even the top police officers sitting in Uttar Pradesh's capital Lucknow. Actually, when the police caught a man selling firecrackers, his innocent girl started banging her head on the police jeep. After all this, a constable separated the girl from the jep and took her father with him to the police station.
