The ingredients are :

1/4 kg green beans (slice diagonally)
300 g tempeh (slice diagonally, then fry it)
5 cloves of shallots
2 cloves of garlic
2 candlenuts
7 red bird's eye chilies
7 red curly chilies
2 tbsp vegetable oil (for sauteing)
2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp beef stock powder

*How to make :

Blended spices (smoothed) :
2 cloves of shallots, 2 cloves of garlics, 3 red curly chilies, 7 red bird's eye chilies, 2 candlenuts.

Sliced ​​spices :
3 cloves of shallots and 4 red curly chilies

Saute the sliced ​​spices, then add the blended spices (the smoothed spices that we have blended). Then, stir it into aromatic. Then, add the fried tempeh and the beans. Stir, then add sweet soy sauce, salt, beef stock powder, and sugar. Stir again until blended, then give a little water, and wait until it boiled. After that, turn off the heat, plating, and serve.
