Jonah 1:1-4

Obedience is better than sacrifice. Jonah found this out the hard way. Let us be ready and quick to hear and quick to obey our Heavenly Father, whether we agree with His instructions or not. Let our love and trust in Him cause us to give our LORD our immediate "Yes!" It will please our Savior as well as make it a much easier journey for ourselves.
