-जब आप pregnancy के लिये try कर रहे हो और उससे पहले आप डॉक्टर से काउंसलिंग लेते हो. इसमें pregnancy से पहले सरे tests किये जाते है। अगर ये tests normal हो, तो natural pregnancy के लिए कोशिश करनी चाहिए

00 :47 Counselling की ज़रुरत कब पड़ती है?
-अगर महिला की उम्र 33 साल से कम है, तो उसे 1 साल तक natural pregnancy के लिए कोशिश करनी चाहिए।
-1 साल कोशिश करने के बाद, natural sexual frequency रखने के बाद भी अगर pregnancy नहीं हो रही तो आपको डॉक्टर के पास जाना चाहिये।
-यही अगर महिला की उम्र साल से ज्यादा है तो 8 से 9 महीने कोशिश करने के बाद doctor के पास जाना चाहिए।
-इसके बाद डॉक्टर सरे ज़रूरी evaluation करते है।

-Doctor आपके reports को समझके उस अनुसार उनका interpretation आपको बताते है। बेवजह आपको IVF या IUF करवाना doctor का उद्द्येश्य नहीं होता।
-Fertility Centre मतलब IVF या IUF ही नहीं होता, बल्कि Fertility Centre का काम होता है Assisted Reproduction. जहां की Reproduction के लिए सहायता की जाती है।
-ज्यादातर लोग doctor के पास जाने में देरी कर देते है जिससे उनका समयपे Evaluation नहीं हो पाता जिससे समय रहते treatment नहीं मिलती और time to treatment delay होता है। अगर ये treatment आपके उम्र के अनुसार अगर delay हो गया तो आपको pregnancy में दिक्कत आ सकती है।

अगर fertile window में भी natural sexual frequency रखने के बाद भी अगर pregnancy नहीं हो रही तो आपको किसी अच्छे fertility specialist को जरूर मिलना चाहिए। वः आपके लिए सबसे ज्यादा फायदेमंद रहेगा।
