Here is the timeline I reference:

800 AM - Hair and Makeup
1130 AM - Guys get ready
1200 PM - Photo arrives
1245 PM - Girls get dressed
100 PM - Bride gets dressed
130 PM - First look
200 PM - Bridal party photos
245 PM- Family photos
330 PM - Photos end
400 PM- Invite time
430 PM- Ceremony
500 PM- Cocktail Hour
600 PM- Reception does open
615 PM- Grand entrance/First dance
620 PM- Welcome/Blessing
630 PM- Dinner
730 PM- Toasts
745 PM- Parent dances/bouquet & garter
800 PM- Cake cutting/open dancing
10 PM- Event ends

QUESTION 1: Should you start your ceremony exactly at invite time ? at 0:50

QUESTION 2: Is 10 PM a normal end time? at 2:52
