We made it all this way and can't even see anything?

Welcome to the second half of our Journey to Machu Pichu, the remaining 2 days we got hit with a lot of rain. I love the sound of rain hitting the roof, the comfy/cozy feeling of snuggling up in a soft warm blanket like a hug. Sipping on some hot chocolate watching a movie or reading, oh how I wish this was the case. Although I still love snuggling up in my sleeping bag as it rained on my tent we still made the remaining 23 kilometers to Machu Pichu, climbing over another mountain.

Gram, Jillian, and I were all worried on the last day with the rain, as it showed no signs of clearing up. We continue to trek to Machu Pichu hoping the weather will treat us well and let us see one of the 7 great world wonders. Machu Pichu!
