We'll share with you our adventure in white water rafting the tallest commercially rafted waterfall in the world and hopefully give you an idea if this is a must do adrenaline activity for you on your next trip to New Zealand.

Tutea Falls is located in Rotorua, about a 3 hour drive from Auckland. We booked our trip with Kiatuna Cascades where they took us for an awesome trip down grade 5 rapids ending in a 23 foot plunge straight down the waterfall. It was definitly an unforgettable experience.
