Custard cookies recipe
Magarine 1 1/4 cup (250g)
Sugar 1 cup (100g)
Flour 2 cups (240g)
Custard powder 1 cup ( 120g )
Egg 1
Milk 1/4 cup
Mix the Magarine and sugar until pale and fluffy.
Add the egg and mix
Add the Custard powder and mix till incorporated.
Add the flour and mix.
Add the milk and mix till incorporated.
Using 1M tip, pour batter in a Piping bag.
Pipe on prepared baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 35 to 40min.
