Paddy McGee is a retired member of the NYPD Emergency Service Unit. On 9/11, he remembers watching the news on his day off shortly after the first plane struck the World Trade Center. He was already packing his things when the second plane impacted.

McGee worked with Scott Strauss to save the lives of Port Authority Police Officer Will Jimeno and Sgt. John McLoughlin and was awarded the New York Police Department Medal of Honor.
