Water boils at lower pressure if the outer air pressure is lower than normal. Pump the air out of the container, so the air pressure in the container decreases. At a certain value (depending also on the water temperature) the water starts boiling. This is physics experiment for science project.

Voda vre pri nižji temperaturi, če je zunanji zračni tlak nižji od normalnega. S črpalko izčrpavamo zrak iz posode, zato zračni tlak v posodi pada. Pri določeni vrednosti (odvisni tudi od temperature vode), voda začne vreti.
