Ingredients for Goan Ansachi Karam:
Pineapple - 3 cups
Coconut - 1 cup
Red Chili Powder - 1 tspn or to taste
Salt - to taste
Water - About 5-6 tblspns
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tspn

Note: I’ve added extra hot chili powder and hence did not get the color but if you prefer more reddish color, use regular chili powder.
