1st Recipe no eggs:
1 cup whole milk 245 grams
3/4 cup sugar 150 grams
2 cups heavy cream 480 grams
2 teaspoons vanilla extract 9 grams
pinch kosher salt

2nd recipe with eggs:
1 1/2 Milk 367 grams
1 1/2 Heavy Cream 367 grams
4 egg yolks
3/4 sugar 150 grams
2 teaspoons vanilla extract 9 grams
