✔️ 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
✔️ 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
✔️ 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
✔️ salt and black pepper

Carrot and rice fritters 4:45
✔️ 2 carrots
✔️ 1 onion
✔️ 50 g (1.8 oz) round rice
