Like two birds we build our nest, it's taken years to get to this stage with many challenges each day.

The interior of our home-sweet-truck starts taking shape as we install everything that we prepped on the previous part of the build. The cupboard units and most of the interior cladding is permanently put in their place, soft-close hinges ensure that the doors can't slam shut and we seal the paint to prevent scuff marks and allow for easy cleaning.

With the counter tops in, you get a "feel" for the available space and moving around the home while building it makes you aware of necessary adjustments that need be done. We would definitely recommend using water-based paints as we could safely take a breath and cleaned up spills easily.

The washing machine has tricks to play, but we seem to win it at the end of the day. Lots more work that needs to be done, but we try to remind ourselves that this part is fun!
