The 1994 season is a season many will want to forget, especially if you are a fan of Senna. Carnage, death, politics, cheating allegations... It's just a complete cluster when you look into it.

But at the 1994 British Grand Prix everything seemed to go up another notch as during the peak of the whole Option 13 thing, Schumacher got disqualified and later given a two race ban for ignoring black flag calls. A penalty that the stewards seemed to go 'yeah, we messed it up'.

But consulting the rule book, you can kind of see the thinking process of why he was given the penalty to start with...
