Mango Trifle Delight Easy Recipe | Mango Dessert
today i am making Mango Trifle its delicious you will love it.

RECIPE

milk 2 litre 10 cups standard measuring cup witch we use in baking
vanilla custard powder 10 tbsp
sugar 1 cup
mangoes 1500 gm
3tbsp sugar for mango puree in half quantities of mango
mango jelly 1 packet
whipped cream 300ml
condensed milk 3 tbsp
cake slices almost 6 slices make crumbs.
method
in a pan heat milk
in a bowl mix custard powder with cold milk make smooth mixture
put 1 cup sugar in milk and mix when milk become warm put custard mixture in it and cook till thicken then set a side
make jelly with 1 cup boiling water mix and set a side
cut half quantity of mango in small cube and make mango puree with the sugar and other half quantity of mango set a side
beat chilled cream in a chilled bowl till thicken then add condensed milk 3 tbsp and 3 tbsp mango puree and beat and set a side
crumble the cake slices
in a serving dish layer the custard layer on the top layer crumble cake then sprinkle jelly on it then mango and mango puree then sprinkle some cream on it then make 2nd layer of custard on it then layer the cream mango puree mango chunks and crumbled cake decorate it as your choice then served chilled and enjoy
