As the saying goes.... "If something can go wrong, it will"

This world surrounds us with "self-love" messages. Messages that tell us to be happy with what we have, love everything about ourselves, and not be too hard on ourselves when we do something wrong.

That might be ok for most people.

You have to be hard on yourself.
You have to be self critical.
You have to keep pushing yourself harder.

That way... instead of settling when you're faced with a problem, you can actually find the root cause and do something to fix it...
