for today i'll be showing you guys how I create my signature honey mousse plated dessert, as well all five components that go with it. Many of these components are variations of molecular gastronomy, and are a great way of practicing your pastry skills.

Using this honey, I created the ultimate honey-infused dessert; incoroprating honey into all sorts of different textures and items!
