It is the easiest Spam egg rice. Adding cheese is optional but I recommend to add it. It makes it tastier.

Ingredients :
1.60g of Spam
2. Green onion
3. 1 bowl of steamed rice
4. 2 eggs
5. Mozzarella Cheese
Salt, minced garlic, pepper, oyster sauce and mayonnaise
