Ingredients:

1 lb (450g) beef tenderloin, thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1-inch piece ginger, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 large onion, sliced
3 spring onions, chopped
1 large carrot, julienned
1-2 fresh red chilies, sliced
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
Salt to taste (optional)

Method:

Marinate the Beef: Combine garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and cornstarch with beef. Marinate for 30 minutes.

Cook the Beef: Heat oil in a pan. Fry the beef until tender and browned.

Add Vegetables: Add onions, garlic, and spring onions. Cook until onions are translucent.

Mix in Carrots and Chilies: Add julienned carrots and sliced red chilies. Cook until tender.

Add Sauces: Stir in dark soy sauce and oyster sauce. Mix well.

Final Touch: Add additional spring onions. Adjust salt if needed.

Serve hot with warm rice.
