This is KCS train BLRKC-09, slow rolling through Houston, Texas due to high freight traffic, on its way back to Kansas City, MO on 06/10/2022. This was a deadhead train from the KCS/CP merger special, eastbound with KCS 2 / KCS 3 / KCS 1.
