UMFK has a world-class program, Business with a Forestry Concentration, where students complete the 2.5-year, SAF-accredited Applied Forest Management AAS and then proceed to another 1.5 years of coursework in Business, earning a B.Sc. and developing the skills needed to own and operate a small business.
