Today's recipe is for a yoghurt pudding that can be made quickly without an oven.
The yoghurt pudding is made without draining, so it is refreshingly light and tastes great with any fruit☺.

▷Ingredients (for 6 portions):
■Yoghurt pudding
5 g powdered gelatine
30 g cold water
300 ml milk
50 g granulated sugar
200 g non sugar yoghurt

■Mango sauce
100 g frozen mango
10 g granulated sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
3 g corn starch
1 tbsp water

▷How to make:
1. sprinkle the powdered gelatine over cold water to soften.
2. add the granulated sugar to the yoghurt and mix until silky.
3. heat the milk and granulated sugar in a saucepan to 60°C. Add the softened gelatine and dissolve.
4. Place the milk from step (3) in ice water and cool to 25°C. Add to the yoghurt in (2) and mix.
5. Transfer to a container of your choice and refrigerate for 3 hours or until firm.
6. Mix the frozen mangoes, granulated sugar and lemon juice in a saucepan and place over medium heat.
7. when the mango pulp has softened, add the water-soluble cornstarch and stir until transparent.
8. Cool the mango sauce gently and place on top of the yoghurt pudding.
