"ثم تتفكروا"
إذا تفكرتم واستعملتم عقولكم
God had Prophet Muhammad say in the Quran
that if the pagans of Quraysh use their minds,
شوا يطلع معكم
they will find that the Prophet is not insane.
يطلع معكم ؟
”ما لصاحبكم من جنة”
The verse reads:
"…your fellow man is not insane."
"معلم مجنون"
ما كانوا يقولون
يطلع معكم
God had the pagans of Quraysh say in another
verse of the Quran: "…he was taught and insane."
ما في جنان.
أعقل العقلاء.
هو طبيب العقول.
If they use their minds, they will find that
Prophet Muhammad is the sanest of mankind.
هيك العقل والفكر هيك.
تعوا نفكر تعوا لحتى نستعمل العقل
He is the healer of the minds. The Quran is calling
the pagans to dialogue and use their minds.
نتحاور وكمان شوف أدب القرآن
ما أحلاه.
You see how beautiful
the etiquette of the Quran is!
سمى النبي صاحبكم.
هلق إذا شيء شيخ
إذا قلت له أنا صاحبي
It names the Prophet "your fellow man".
If you tell a Sheikh that
فلان الخواجا النصراني
بقلك حرام لا يجوز.
Mr. so and so, who is a Christian, is your fellowman,
he will say to you: "That's impermissible."
تقول صاحبي أي القرآن
عم يقول على النبي مع الكفار صاحبي.
In fact, when the Quran dialogues with the pagans,
it refers to Prophet Muhammad as "your fellowman."
ما هيك؟
Doesn't it?
أنا مرة قلت إخواننا المسحيين
المشايخ قامت القيامة
Once I said: "Our Christian brothers". Some Sheikhs got angry and criticized me severely
وجبت لهم 50 دليل من القرآن
although I brought to them many proofs from
the Quran that it is allowed to say so. God says:
"وإلى عاد أخاهم هودا"
"And to the people of 'Ad We sent
their brother, Hud."
عاد كانوا كافرين
وإخوان لوط أمة لوط
Although the people of 'Ad were disbelievers,
God named Prophet Hud as 'their brother'.
كلها كانت كافرة.
الله سماهم إخوانه.
Although the people of Lut were disbelievers,
God named Prophet Lut as 'their brother'.
هون القرآن سماه صاحبهم.
The Quran named Prophet Muhammad
as the pagans' fellowman.
فقديش نحن قلبنا ميت
لا يفقه القرآن
Actually, our hearts are dead. They don’t
understand the Quran, listen to it or read it
ولا يسمعه ولا يقرئه
ولو قرأه بلسانه.
even if we read it with our tongues. God says:
"ما بصاحبكم من جنة
إن هو إلا نذير لكم."
"Your fellow man is not insane. He is only a warner
to you before 'the coming of' a severe punishment."
أنتم مقدمين بدكم
تقعوا في بئر ما له قرار
وكله نار.
The Quran is warning the pagans of Quraysh
about the upcoming harsh punishment.
عم ينذركم أوعى تمشوا
من هالطريق
انتبهوا طريق السلامة من هون.
نذير لكم
It states that Prophet Muhammad is a warner who shows them the safe path they should follow
وأمامكم عذاب يوم شديد.
من هذا الإيحاء
if they want to avoid a day of severe punishment.
This reminds me of the following story:
كان صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول.
مرة صعد إلى الصفا
هاد الصفا كان جبل صغير
Once Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, climbed to the top of Al-Safa Mountain,
حول المسجد الحرام .
النبي عندوعلى بكرى
طلع إلى قمة هاد الجبل
على راس الجبل
وصار ينادي" يا صباحا يا صباحا."
اجتمعت قريش
طلعوا من بيوتهم مذعورين
which is a small mountain near Al-Kaaba
Mosque, and shouted: "O Sabahah!"
معتقدين صاير عليهم هجوم صاعق
كومندوس والعدو عامل غارة.
فقالوا مالك شوفي؟
The people of Quraysh thought that they came
under attack or they were raided by the enemy.
خير إن شاء الله
كلهم يلي جاي بالسيف
ويلي جاي بالرمح ويلي جاية
على فرس راكبها بالزلط
لأنوا هي تصير وقت الغارة.
They left their homes terrified, brought their swords and spears, gathered around him and asked him:
قالوا: "مالك شوفي؟"
قال بكل هدوء: "أريتم لو أخبرتكم
"What's the matter?"
He answered calmly:
أن العدو يصبحكم أو يمسيكم"
إذا قلت لكم جاي عليكم غارة
عند على بكرى أو في المساء
"If I told you that there was an enemy which was going to attack you in the morning or in the evening,
أكنتم مصدقي تصدقوني أم تكذبوني؟"
قالوا: "أنت لست عندنا بمكذب."
would you believe me?" They replied:
"Yes. You are truthful. You have never lied."
أنت صادق لأنه ما عرف
على النبي ولا سجل عليه
بحياته قبل النبوة
كلمة واحدة غير صدق.
Not a single lie has been recorded
against him before or after Prophethood.
قالوا: "أنت عندنا مصدق."
قال: "فإني نذير لكم بين يدي عذاب شديد."
He said: "I am a plain warner to you
of a coming severe punishment."
