Ah, the infamous Procolour pencils by Derwent! So many artists hate them with a passion, while others profess their undying love for them. How will I feel about these coloured pencils? Today I will be reviewing the largest set of them in the 72 tin, and giving you my opinion as to what I think these are useful for.
