In this animated lecture, I will teach you about current and voltage in physics.

Q: What is current?
Ans: The amount of charges flow through a unit area in one second is called current. For example, consider a point X on a wire. Let we observe the flow of charges through this point X in one second. Let 5 coulombs charges flow through point X in 1 second. So, the current through point X is 5  amperes.
Remember that the S.I unit of current is Ampere.
The formula of current is " Current is equal to charges upon time".

Q: What is voltage?
Ans: The difference in potential energy per unit of charges between two points is called voltage. For example, Voltage is the electrical energy that is used to light a bulb, run a fan or run a motor, produce a sound in loudspeakers, generate heat in electric heater, etc.
Voltage is produced when charges moves from higher potential point to lower potential point. The S.I unit of voltage is volt.
