In this video i'm not using anything special. Just some Lavazza Super crema. I have a lot of this coffee left over and wanted to start dialing in based on taste rather than only ratio and time. I have quite a few good coffees on the way to review over the next few weeks and I have quite a backlog in my freezer. My heat setting is at 0 and my ratio/time is 17g:35g 29s. What I found interesting is that at 25s it is quite sour, and at 32s it was astringent. Not much margin of error and if you mess up prep those few seconds can make or break your drink. It was interesting drinking this coffee back to back last night to get dialed in.
