Two delicious delicacies in one. Cassava and Leche Flan!

Ingredients:
1 kilo cassava (grated or use a blender)
2 eggs
1 can condensed milk
1 cup evaporated milk
1 tbsp vanilla (optional)
sugar

Note:
Strain the cassava for at least 30minutes
Makes 6pcs medium llanera
