CREAMY 3 in 1 ICE CANDY

𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
- 2400ml water ..................................P10.00
- 1 pack (24g) white gulaman .........P10.00
- 1/2 cup cornstarch ........................P 1.50
- 1 can (390g) condensed milk........P33.00
- 1 1/2 cups sugar .............................P15.00

Flavoring:
- 1/2 cup powdered milk .....................P14.50
- 1/2 cup injoy choco hot fudge powder
or any sweetened cocoa powder .......P 5.00
- 1/4 cup ube condensed creamer.....P10.00

𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐂𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐑𝐄:
(1) Dilute gulaman powder and cornstarch in the water. Simmer over medium heat until translucent, stirring frequently to avoid or minimize lumps. When done, transfer mixture to a mixing bowl.
(2) Add condensed milk and sugar. Stir to dissolve sugar. Divide mixture into 3 (4 cups each).
(3) Add flavoring on each portion of mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and wait for the gulaman to set.
(4) When the gulaman has solidified (can't find the exact word), mash it with a whisk.
(5) Prepare the packaging. Fill each bag with 1-2 tbsp (full) of each mixture
milk-ube-choco.
(6) Seal/tie the opening. Cut out excess pagkaging. Freeze until ice solid (as hard as an ice).

YIELD: 51 pcs
