1. Use no more than 93% lean ground turkey, but if you can find 90% or 85%, that’s even better.
2. Use a few flavor-boosting ingredients, like onion, garlic, & Worcestershire sauce. (No bland turkey burgers here! 🙅🏻‍♀️)
3. Fortify with the littlest bit of mayo for rich texture & juiciness.
