The Bible tells us that repentance is a very important thing. It is so important that when repentance does not happen, we can actually doubt our salvation. In fact, anybody who truly gets saved, who has left the former way of life, has to exhibit a life of repentance. We are to produce a lifestyle or fruit in keeping with repentance.
