About the song:

When memories start haunting, they become the trauma or in other words, the ghost that one is afraid of. It takes months, sometimes years and ages to get over the trauma and sometimes you don’t.

Although there is a surge in the talks of a person’s mental health, how trauma affects and shapes a person is a very hardly spoken idea. It is never easy to cope with the ghost, to fight it, it only gets worse at times. It’d be a joke if I tell now that in this video we are trying to show how one can get over their ghosts.

It’d be wise to say that what we are trying to capture here is how one is trying and keeping the battle on to achieve small little goals towards overpowering the trauma. This video is a celebration of a person’s small win, yet a win. It’s a tribute to those, who are fighting and losing, who are fighting and winning, who are just fighting and those who are yet to begin their fights.
