In this video I document my troubleshooting of a 2020 Chrysler Voyager 2nd row captains chair headrest that won't stay upright. The first half of the video shows how to disassemble the headrest to isolate the failure. The second half of the video shows how to remove the headrest assembly entirely and reassemble the seat without reinstalling the headrest. This video will be helpful in the instance that you have no choice but to completely replace your broken headrest and need to learn how to remove the old one in preparation to install the replacement.
