Recipe
Ingredients
Gram Flour / Besan - 1 Cup
Salt - As per taste
Turmeric Powder / Haldi Powder - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder / Lal Mirch Powder - 1 tsp
Carom Seeds / Ajwain - 1/2 tsp
Water - As required
Oats Flour - 1/2 Cup
Cucumber / Kheera - 1/2 Grated
Beetroot / Chukandar - 1/2 Cup grated
Spring Onion / Hare Pyaz - 1/2 Cup finely chopped
Coriander Leaves / Hara Dhaniya - A handful
Ginger-Garlic Paste / Adrak-Lahsun Paste - 1/2 tsp
Cottage Cheese / Paneer - 1/4 Cup crumbled
Oil - As required
tsp = teaspoon

Instructions
1. Take besan in a mixing bowl. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, oats flour, and carom seeds by rubbing between your palms.
2. Add water gradually to prepare a lump-free and medium consistency batter.
3. Then add cucumber, beetroot, spring onion, coriander leaves, and ginger-green chilli paste. Mix well. Now add paneer and mix well.
4. Meanwhile, heat a tawa. Grease it with oil. Pour the batter on the tawa and spread it like a small pancake. Pour some drops of oil.
5. Roast it on the medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes. Flip to cook the other side as well on the medium flame. Pour some drops of oil.
6. Once it is cooked well from both sides, transfer it to a serving plate.
7. 'Mix Veg Oats Besan Pancakes' are ready to be served.
