Featherweight champion Ilia Topuria believes he's the best fighter in the world and says if Max Holloway engages him at UFC 308, he'll knock him out quickly.

Topuria said he believes he's better in all areas than Holloway, the BMF champion, and said if the fight goes to the ground, he'll end it instantly.

He said he plans to point to the center of the Octagon at the start of UFC 308 and see if Holloway is willing to stand toe-to-toe with him and slug it out.
