Spring failure in the upper glove box is a common problem with the 2014 Toyota Sienna. This is just a quick video of how I repaired mine. Unfortunately I had to hold the camera with one hand while repairing with the other, so the video is simultaneously too close and skips all the really important parts that require two hands LOL! Hope it is of some use.
