This homemade salmon chowder is the perfect mix of deliciously satisfying ingredients that are easy to cook! All it takes is fresh salmon, lots of nutrient-rich vegetables like celery, carrots, green onion and potatoes mixed in a cream-based (but very light) sauce. Make this instant one pot salmon chowder and get a healthy and tasty dinner sorted in under 30 minutes.


Ingredients For Salmon Marination (15-20min rest time)
1lb Salmon
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Minced Garlic
1/4 tsp Salt

Salmon Chowder (Serving size: 5)

1/4 cup Butter
1 Medium Yellow Onion (diced)
1/4 tsp Garlic
1/4 Black Pepper
1 Carrot Medium Size (chopped)
2 Celery Ribs
2 Green Onion
1 1/2 lb Red Potatoes
1/2 cup Flour (all purpose)
2 Vegetable Stock (2 cubes, low sodium)
2 cup Corn
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
1 cup Water
1 Scotch Bonnet ( very spicy!) (optional)
1/4 tsp Paprika
