A commission for a Payday 2 mod called 'The Predator Heist' that was unfortunately cancelled.

I was commissioned to make two tracks for two separate maps in a Payday 2 mod. One map was inside a South American jungle setting, and the second map was a high tech facility.
The songs had to follow the Payday 2 music logic and had to be able to switch between different game states on the fly. The different game states were Stealth, Control, Anticipation and Assault. These 4 tracks had to be different in energy but had to link together seamlessly so that you could switch between the game states effortlessly and the music could just follow along.

This track was meant for the South American jungle map. I did a lot of research on percussion as that is one of my weak points, but I felt it was necessary to get that 'jungle' vibe right. I listened to a lot of native American sounds and rhythms, I don't particularly think they helped but it was interesting regardless. Really proud of this one, especially with all the percussion elements.
