This project spanned 3 years. We were asked to design and install their dream landscape and backyard. We literally removed everything around the entire home, except for the front walkway. Trees, stumps, plants, grass and even the old deck. Year one was the front of the home, with new El Toro Zoysia and bright colorful native plants. We then made it all visible at night by adding LED lighting all around the front yard.

Year two, right before covid, we removed the old deck and installed a beautiful covered deck. Composite wood decking, all natural Cedar wood framing and ceiling. Topped off with a standing seam metal roof. The natural wood burning fireplace will heat the entire deck, especially when you close the custom built louvers on the walls. We then removed all of the trees in the backyard to prepare for the pool installation, and then Covid 19 stopped us all in our tracks.

A year later, we got the call to install the dream pool and complete the outdoor living area. A custom 19x38 gunite pool and spa, with over 1200 square feet of Belgard LaFitt Rustic Slab pavers surrounding it! More El Toro Zoysia sod to finish off the backyard, with custom drainage and irrigation for all of the turf and beds. Then more colorful trees and plants to warm up the backyard and soften the concrete. Then again, lit up at night with LED lighting to give the backyard a resort like feel.
