It was probably the best panel of mock interview which (full board) consisted of following rankers, toppers and experts.

1. Retd. IAS / IPS Officer as Chairman
2. WBCS (Exe.) 1st Ranker at her time and Additional District Magistrate now.
3. WBCS (Exe.) and presently Joint Secretary to Govt. of W B
4. WBCS Group A Officers and Joint Labour Commissioner (P)
5. WBCS (Exe.) presently Deputy Secretaries including Rank 2 in his time.
6. WBCS Gr A officers and presently Deputy Commissioner of Revenue

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: For best practices this time we did not show the interviewers, only shown the interviewee which will help the candidates / future aspirants most.

We tried to discuss every aspect of candidate's life and suggest any addition alteration of the way of speaking, how to tackle tough questions, overall grooming etc.

It was also probably we that included a psychologist in the board but he was not visible all the time as a rule of the game.

After each interview there is separate feedback part in this same video in last 2/3 minutes, it was not incorporated in the video.
