This dish is typically served with fresh herbs such as: La Cach (Vietnam mint) , Fish sauce,... and dipped in a sweet and sour fish sauce seasoned with garlic, chili peppers, and carrot. The harmonious blend of sour, spicy, salty, and sweet flavors in the fish sauce creates an irresistible taste for Banh Xeo!
