Storage of any kind can be a nightmare in any shop, especially a small shop. In setting up my new shop I decided to have most of the large items and items not used often to be stored in my old shop (which is actually my regular garage, as the new shop is in a portable garage). I still needed a place to store the sheet goods (plywood, MDF, melamine, etc.), this mobile plywood storage cart fits the bill. I made it so it would fit nicely in how the garage is configured, the base is 6' x 2' and 4' high, but it can hold a full 4' x 8' sheet of plywood (yes, some of the plywood does hang over). It can hold at least 5 sheets of plywood on one side and 2 on the other side (or most likely this side will be holding cut offs).
