This video shows you how to scan documents and make them into one PDF file. It's very easy to scan your hard copy docs into PDF using your Android or iOS phone. Follow these steps and tips on how to scan your docs and save them into PDF for later use.
Step 1: Prepare all to-be-scanned documents ready
Remember to keep your docs straight up and ready for scanning
Step 2: Open Google Drive App on your Phone and start scanning
You can adjust your cam here in this step for better your docs scanning
Step 3: Adjust your scanned documents
Here at this step, you can crop your scanned docs, flip them, or make them scanned in colors options
Next, if your documents contain more than 1 page, consider to add scanning pages by tapping on "+" for more pages to be scanned.
Step 4: Save scanned documents as PDF files
Tap on save and change the docs title into your preferable name and save it as a PDF file on your Google Drive app.
That's how you easily and conveniently scan your documents into PDF files right on your mobile phone.
