To be fit for whole life we have to follow the nature and eat natural foods like fruits and vegetable salad. These foods are higly pranic foods means a things which have pran urja. When we cook something its pran urja gets destroyed. Keep remeber that we get prana from air, water & foods. So we need to eat more praic foods like fruits & salad for whole day if we have any disese. In grains millet are best. Because they have a balanced fiber from 7% to 13%. So our diet is not diet it is a lifestyle. Follow rules of ayurveda. Read Bhagwat geeta to balance and control on indriya, mann, budhi. Health means balance of our body and mind.
