Hello from a new and beautiful day;
I'm at home...
I did a lot of work without going out...
I covered our fireplace with stone.

I cleaned the chimney and fireplace.
I did routine house cleaning and cleaned the mirrors in our dressing room.

I also made fake Cyprus buns.
At the end of the vlog, there is a wonderful sunset that I took from our house. I recommend you not to miss it...

Your comments make me both happy and motivate me. I read and respond to each one.

Fake Cyprus Bun
Ingredients
500 grams of flour
125 grams of warm milk
150 grams of water
25 grams of melted butter
7 grams of salt
20 grams of sugar
1 teaspoon of mahaleb
1 teaspoon of powdered cloves
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 packet of powdered yeast (10 gr)

Sauce
1 tbsp of water
1 tbsp of milk
1 tbsp of flour

For the topping:
1-2 teaspoons of sesame seeds
1-2 teaspoons of black cumin
1-2 teaspoons of anise (grains) anise)

How to make it?
I mix water, milk, butter, yeast and sugar in a bowl. I wait for ten minutes.

I mix flour, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves and mahaleb in a bowl.

I add it to the yeast liquid.

I knead the dough for a long time. I knead it in the kitchen chef. It needs to be a completely smooth, shiny dough. It needs to be kneaded for a longer time than normal bread kneading.

I let the dough ferment for about 35 minutes.
I roll out the fermented dough and join the two ends.

I brush the flour, water and milk mixture onto the circular dough with a brush.

I sprinkle black cumin, sesame and anise.

I put it on a baking tray and cut it into three or four fingers thick.

I bake it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees on the upper and lower setting for 30-35 minutes.
