We are now starting the Historical Missions of Outlaws. As far as it sounds in the manual these levels act as like an epilogue to the main game, though there's no mention of some of the levels in the manual itself. As far as I can tell from researching it, the 4 of the historical missions were part of the expansion pack, Outlaws: Handful of Missions, that released after the main game was released. I still have my suspicions that Marshall Training is actually the level mentioned in the manual and is the one that came with the main game, but of course we'll work our way there!
