After the release of the controversial list, The Top 10 Strongest and Toughest Wrestlers, I received a huge amount of comments from viewers. Some of these comments mentioned different bench press records and wrestlers, which inspired me to compile a list of the strongest Bench Pressers in wrestling history.
If the Bench was done in an official meet, they will be higher in the list.
