Hey lovelies, I hope you are all having a wonderful Ramadan. In today's video, I share how I lost 15kg and some tips that have been helping me on my healthy girl/weight loss journey.
Tips:
-Eat in a calorie deficit
-Have more veggies and fruit in your diet
-Increase your protein intake through having more chicken, beef or seafood
-Sleep 8-10 hours
-Reduce your sugar intake
-Have moderate amounts of calorie-dense foods
-Treat yourself when you want to
-Walk often, 10k steps
-Enjoy the journey
